Who we are
Shala is a soulful piano player, singer, and mystic whose artistry is deeply rooted in her connection to mystical Love. Through her music, she creates sacred spaces where sound becomes a vessel for healing, reflection, and transformation. Her voice carries the echoes of ancient wisdom, while her piano melodies flow like rivers of grace—gentle, powerful, and timeless.
Guided by a profound spiritual sensitivity, Shala’s work transcends performance, inviting listeners into an intimate encounter with the infinite love that dwells within and beyond. Whether through song, sacred gatherings, or quiet moments at the keys, she offers a sanctuary of sound where hearts are opened, and souls are stirred.
Shala’s music is not just something to hear; it’s something to feel—a journey into the sacred, where the mystical whispers through every note.
Born on a goat farm in northern Utah, Tommy spent his formative years in a small town in Southern California where he learned how to cook, play bass, and dream big. By 18 years old he left the Cali to work for the federal government in DC for a few years, learning many lessons along the way. He returned to Utah to lay down roots and grow the local music scene. For the past two decades he has been hosting and organizing jam sessions for local artists and raising two children.
Tommy acts like the Swiss Army Knife of the band; sound, triangle, tambourine, cowbell, ukulele, or random bucket smack. It all adds to the fun.
Musical:
Picked out the melody of "Billy Jean" at age 12, borrowed his Dad's Jazzmaster, broke the whammy bar in a fit of metal fury, took classical guitar till he got grounded, musically destroyed a garage, moved to Kauai, played "The Scene," heard his song was on the radio (denied it), dabbled in jazz till he decided free jazz was funner and more annoying to yuppies, fell asleep for 7 years, dove in the ocean & surfed a 20 foot wave, woke up, picked up a guitar, picked out the melody to "Billy Jean."
Personal:
Birthing required forceps, squishy head, craving kraft singles. Grew a chin, fell in love with the desert, eloped to the ocean, dove in and now, has finally come up for air. Here's the evidence.
With 40 years of experience behind the kit, Aaron is a seasoned drummer who brings energy, precision, and the occasional dad joke to every gig. Born and raised in the wilds of Moab, Utah, he first learned to keep time by dodging falling rocks while hiking, skiing, and mountain biking down terrain most people wouldn’t even walk. His early drum lessons were accompanied by the sounds of desert winds, echoing canyon walls, and the occasional mountain lion growl—because nothing improves your tempo like the fear of becoming lunch.
Over the years, he’s played in more bands than he can count (mostly because drummers never get setlists), covering everything from rock and blues to jazz, country, and metal. Whether it’s driving a high-energy show or locking into a groove that keeps the crowd moving, he’s the rhythmic glue that holds the chaos together. And when he’s not behind the kit, you’ll probably find him shredding down a mountain.
After decades of live shows, studio sessions, and road miles, Aaron continues to bring his passion for drumming to new projects, always ready to push the limits while keeping the beat steady… unless there’s a really good powder day, in which case, rehearsal might have to wait.
